Soothing Beauty and Mystery: Amidst the ancient rainforest, guests can experience the rare opportunity to be one with nature and immerse themselves in the soothing beauty and mystery of the vast jungle, untouched for centuries.
Curtain separation in rooms.

Very relaxed after usually staying in budgetaccomodation. really goog daytrip around the lake. Expensive, but worth it. Great chickencurry!
There are 25.000 tilapia's in the lake, but when you order one for dinner, they don't have it!

Our stay at Belum Rainforest Resort was truly value for money. The room, especially the upgraded Chengkel room, was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The resort's location in the rainforest added to the uniqueness of our experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was a wider variety of options.

Cool environment
Car park infested with ants. Affected the cars with lots of ants crawling everywhere, outside and inside the car. Hotel staff should have informed the guest about this known problem.

Nice rooms, warm baths, clean beds, breakfast
the operator at night couldn't help me with area code for S'pore phone. I think that the hotel could maximise souvenirs sales esp for foreigners who may like to have a copy of souvenir book with nice pictures of some of the places they visit but were not able to get as nice photos for whatever reason eg weather etc. So the hotel could look into making nicer souvenirs eg khaki, green, brown clothes suited for jungle, magnets, paintings, crafts by orang asli, even nice pebbles from the waterfall areas, dried jungle fruits etc etc

The place is nice but the staff were poor service. Food was nothing great. Paid for dinner buffet at rm32++ but bad. Fruit juice was cordial diluted water. We wanted to order ala carte but was told that they will only serve ala carte after 9pm!! So no choice we were forced to have buffet...tat was nothing great. Overall experience was average. The adventure was too expansive for the things we saw and badly organized. Pack lunch was just 4 slices of sandwich and apple! We paid rm250 per pax!! Then we were told to buy something for the children of orang asli when we were on the boat! No fore warning and some of us had no money in hand even to buy souveniers frm camp site! Very badly organized nite trail (whixh should not include old people and children under 7! The torch lites were dim and some didn't work!

I loved the unspoilt tropical nature surrounding this resort. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was filling and satisfying. The staff were hospitable and friendly.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

The price of the room was not in line with the facilities offered. There was not much possibility viewing the lake except through the trees. Towels were limited ... no bath mat or hand towels. The ppol table at the bar was not acceptable.....there was no cue ball, the felt was ripped. However, it has the potential to being a lovely resort ... who knows, after the upgrades???

Very refreshing environment and lovely back to nature stay. Somewhat different from other hotels that i've been. Excellent countryside and lake views!
Poor food catering support and no facilities for d kids to enjoy their stay and no kiosk or hotel shoppe for snacks etc when u're starving at nite! No televisyen in the room for those who like to enjoy movies.

Natural, eco-friendly design building, nice environment.
Malay hotel receptionist didn't show me her passion/warm welcome and her service is just ok. However, thing changes dramatically during my check- in process when there's is a white couple walks into the reception area, she can't can't to show them her warm welcome. I believe she might be able to show her warm welcome to everyone. Cheers!
